The National Portage Association has an exciting opportunity for a well organised Administrator to join our small team. You will be supporting the work of the charity based in Hall Green, Birmingham.
The successful candidate is required to have GCSE passes in Maths & English (or equivalent), as well as proven administration experience.
You will need ICT skills, including the ability to work with tracking spreadsheets. Excellent communication skills (both verbally and in writing) are also an essential requirement.
The confidence to help maintain the website, upload and edit materials is also required ( training will be available).
An interest in early learning or SEND would be ideal but experience in these fields is not essential.
The post is part-time, working 8 hours per week over 2 days..
You will be working alone in the office for several hours each week, so you need to be confident to work independently and prioritise your own workload.
