Current Moving Forward Plans especially managing waiting lists

 

Hi

I manage Portsmouth Portage. I am interested in finding out what services are doing about waiting lists in these current times?

Firstly do you have a waiting list?  Are you actually allowed to say that you have a waiting list or is the managers 'caseload' till allocated?

Do you still keep to a fixed caseload for Portage Visitors?   Are they doing a blend of weekly, fortnightly, monthly ?

Or are you expected to offer a service to all families now?  Especially as staff do not have to factor in travelling time therefore more contacts can be made via 'virtual' platforms.    

Any information would be very grateful as my manager has removed fixed caseloads for PVs.
