Hello everyone, we attended the Portage development day in March and disscussed with other services as part of their intial home visits they share a home visitor and family contract which both sign to agree the expections from both during their childs Portage sessions. We would like to introduce this into our service so i am reaching out to see if anybody is happy to share some examples with us?
