I'm in the process of reviewing our paperwork and would be really interested in what other services use....

• Play plans - pro formas ? 
• End of Portage reports - do PHV's write end of Portage reports? What kind of format do you use?

@NPA - Do we have a bank of resoures that we can access? I looked on the hub but couldn't seem to find any. If not, is this something that could be created and added to?
