Hello lovely Portage peeps, 

Our service is looking to introduce a Portage agreement (type form) that we'd like parents to read and sign before they start receiving support from us. 

We are finding that some parents are finding it difficult to engage (for lots of reasons) and sessions offen get cancelled and we have a lot of time wasted. We wanted something that outlines the expectation from the start. That talks about parents joining in, getting onto the floor and play, to practice activites when we are not there, to look after toys and resources etc We have one we used previously but would like to update it and wondered if anyone could send me copies of anything similiar that you use right now please.
