I've made the decision, along with colleagues in our Sensory support service to stop all home visits this week. All of our group activities have been cancelled by our partners in other organisations and TAF meetings are also being cancelled in many of our Early Years settings. However our SALT & OT's are continuing to offer home visits. I think the difference is that we are based in an all age special school with over 100 pupils with SLD/PMLD - many with complex health needs. I am managed by the Head and she is determined to keep the school open until directed otherwise.
I'm about to send out a letter to all our families and just wondered if anybody had any thoughts to add?
