Good morning.  Will the NPA have a voice for the consultation of the SEND Green Paper?  I have looked through briefly and can find no mention of the National Portage Services across the country - the benefits of early intervention, the multidisciplinary approach, the need for it to allay issues further down the educational line etc...  and as there are plans to review the SEND Code of Practice, now would be an ideal time to highlight the service to ensure that Portage is mentioned (as in the current one) - bearing in mind that we are always battling to save/champion our services, now would be an ideal opportunity to raise profile.
