We are currently planning our first Summer Fun Day / Picnic in the Park event and are really looking forward to getting this underway.

I was wondering if anyone would be happy to share examples of similar events they have run, including any photos or videos if possible.

The idea has been introduced to our team, and we are in the early stages of planning. It would be really helpful to hear from others who have organised similar events—particularly any challenges you encountered, key learnings, and things you would do differently next time.

Any advice, ideas, or examples would be greatly appreciated.
